By downloading, accessing, or using Ellam, you agree to these terms.
Using Ellam
Ellam is a desktop workspace that helps you use multiple services in one place. You are responsible for your use of the app and for complying with the terms of the services you connect to it.
You must use Ellam lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the product, other users, or third-party services.
Accounts, plans, and access
Ellam may offer a free plan, paid plans, trials, and organisation plans. Features and limits may differ by plan.
We may change pricing, plan limits, trial terms, or plan availability over time. If you are already on a paid plan, we will apply those changes in a fair and commercially reasonable way.
If a plan includes limits such as number of devices, service panels, or accounts per app, you agree to use the plan within those limits.
Third-party services
Ellam works with services operated by third parties, such as messaging, email, productivity, and AI providers. Those services are not controlled by us, and their availability, behaviour, and policies may change at any time.
Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
Privacy and data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using Ellam, you also agree to that policy.
Ellam is designed so the contents of your messages remain with the underlying service providers. Optional crash reports and optional product improvement telemetry are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Ellam to break the law, violate another party’s rights, or abuse a connected service.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, disable, or misuse the website, app, licensing, or delivery systems except where the law clearly permits it.
- Do not use Ellam in a way that could harm the security, stability, or integrity of the product.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of Ellam or the website at any time.
We do not guarantee that every feature, app integration, or platform build will always be available.
Payments and renewals
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the listed fees, taxes, and charges associated with that plan.
Unless stated otherwise, paid plans may renew according to the billing cycle you selected. Lifetime plans apply only as described at the time of purchase and do not promise availability of the product forever in every form.
Termination
You may stop using Ellam at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the product, fail to pay required fees, or create risk for us or others.
Disclaimers
Ellam is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Razorback Technologies Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of Ellam.
Where the law allows limitation, our total liability for claims relating to Ellam will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant paid plan during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or a reasonable nominal amount if you used only the free plan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and update the effective date.
